Download the sign-up form for GST Credits in PDF format. You only have to sign up once for your GST Credits. Upon sign-up, you will automatically receive your Growth Dividends and Senior Citizens' Bonus if you are eligible. If you have signed up for your GST Credits in 2007, you do not need to do so again.
You will receive your payouts based on the service standards below, depending on when you sign up for your GST Credits and your choice of sign-up mode.
